My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate (female) to move into our sunny three bed, one bath apartment located in prime Williamsburg.

The lease starts September 1 and runs for 12 months. Looking for a serious applicant to sign over the next week.

• The common area is fully furnished and decorated
• The living area and kitchen are super spacious with large windows and tons of natural light
• Has dishwasher, central air, shared rooftop
• Laundry is directly outside of the apartment unit front door
• No pets unfortunately

About This Lister

We're 27 and 30 and have lived in NYC for a few years. Both work hybrid schedules (in philanthropy and fashion) and are very easygoing roommates. We enjoy spending time exploring the city (long walks, park, new restaurants) and also relaxing at home. The living dynamic has always been chill, friendly and respectful. We like to keep the space clean and occasionally host friends and guests.
