One bedroom available for lease takeover in a third-floor 2-bed, 1-bath apartment in Ridgewood, close to the L and M trains. The lease is for 1 year, open to renewal.

The room faces northeast and has a street view. Very high ceilings and one wall is exposed brick. It has space for at least a queen bed, desk, and dresser; and the high ceilings make it feel even more spacious.

The living room/kitchen area is very spacious, no windows, but some light does get in from glass panels above the bedroom doors.

Most of the pictured furniture in the living room and kitchen would be staying, but could be replaced if you’d like to bring something in.

The apartment has central heat and air. Utilities-electric, internet, gas, average about $60-150 each, depending on the season.

Our landlord is very hands-off but responsive when necessary.
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Seneca M stop and an 7-ish minute walk from the L at Myrtle-Wyckoff.

There's a Citi-Bike dock across the street, a 24-hour laundromat around the corner, and lots of fantastic bodegas, bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment and neighborhood are quiet and peaceful!

Ideally looking for someone in their late 20s to late 30s who’s friendly, clean, and responsible.
I value mutual respect and open communication and looking for someone on the same wavelength.
I’m open to friendship/occasional hangouts, but no pressure to become besties.
