ABOUT THE HOME
This is the parlor floor apartment in a historic, 4-unit brownstone on a picturesque, landmarked block. Requires ability to climb one flight of stairs (the stoop).
14 foot ceilings and historic architectural features create warmth and character. A front room holds a seating / TV area and dining table. An oversized, well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher leads through pocket doors to a giant, king-sized bedroom with a bay window and garden views. A recently remodeled bathroom includes a brand new washer / dryer. Art and plants are everywhere.
The home comes fully furnished and stocked, with many pantry items / spices and cookware in the kitchen; a large TV in the living room with Netflix, HBO, Disney +, Paramount Plus, Criterion Channel, and MUBI subscriptions and surround sound (Bluetooth enabled for streaming music); plus a large library of art books, novels, literary nonfiction, and philosophy.
