We’re heading out of town from late June to late August and looking for a responsible person to sublet our peaceful, furnished apartment in prime Santa Monica and care for our kitty.

About the Apartment:
Bright, clean, stylish, and fully furnished 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom
Comfortable, spacious balcony with ocean views
In a small, quiet building right on Ocean Avenue, directly across from beautiful Palisades Park
Super walkable neighborhood — near cafes, shops, beach, and transit. The best place in LA to be during the summer.
One parking spot and a street permit for a second car if needed

🐱 Our sweet cat comes with the place — which is why rent is below market. We’re looking for someone who enjoys caring for animals and will treat our home with respect and care.

💵 Rent: $3500/month + $1,000 security deposit (to be returned no later than a week after vacating)

📅 Dates: Approximately June 26 – August 26 but we're somewhat flexible.
