I am subletting my bright and peaceful one-bedroom open plan apartment from July 1- July 31.
The apartment is one side of a duplex bungalow in the large backyard of a bigger house. It is a sunny, quiet and clean apartment with lots of charm that is ideal for one person. Lots of art and arty books. There is a lovely porch for sunset drinks or weekend reading, and a uniquely big backyard (shared with the front house and my lovely next door neighbor). There is a split AC, laundry and parking.
It is located in Silver Lake. A five minute walk to cafes, bars, and Erewhon (a fancy food smarket). 10 minute walk to Sqirl and Courage Bagels.
The house is entered via a full flight of stairs in the back, or a half flight of stairs in the front.
No pets, please!

About This Lister
I am an artist and educator and have lived in this apartment for over 10 years. I travel most summers and sublease my place for at least a month. I have a great relationship with my neighbors and landlord.
I will show you the space in person or via zoom and I will be the contact person when you are staying here.

Lease signing requires that the one month of rent be paid in full plus a $300 security deposit (to be refunded after you move out if all is in good shape).
