Situated at the foot of Griffith Park, this bright and charming 1930's 2nd floor walk-up 1 BR + office apartment in the heart of Los Feliz is available for sublet from May 20th until June 15th, while I travel for work.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: It's clean & quiet (no parties please!), with a well equipped kitchen (except for a dish washer), office/ work space, comfortable furnishings, tub & separate shower in the bathroom, air conditioning in both the living area and bedroom, high speed internet, and shared laundry in the building. You can find ample free parking along the side streets and won't have to move the car for street cleaning.

There is an orange tree in the courtyard that is still loaded with juicy fruit. Feel free to pick some!

I should mention that I don't have a TV.

I should also mention that it's right on Los Feliz Blvd., a very busy street, so there will be some street noise, though it's more like the sound of an ocean.

The apartment is walking distance from Griffith Park, the Greek Theater, as well as Hillhurst and Vermont Avenues, with their numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, banks, post office, library, movie theater, book store, and other services you may want or need.

This is my sanctuary and I hope you are someone who is clean and responsible and who I can trust to treat it the same. The space is smoke-free, not suitable for pets, and not child proof.

Rent is due upfront, along with a $500 refundable security deposit (returned in full after check-out if there's no damage or loss). I will also require a copy of your ID and a signed sublet agreement.
