Common spaces: Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher; fully furnished, including living room with couch, large TV, desk, and beautiful plants

Building: Includes laundry in building, a nice but small gym, rooftop with amazing views (Downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn, Prospect Park, etc.), a doorman who can accept packages, and a bike room; large w/ 14-stories and was built less than 5 years ago; elevators; super lives on site and is very responsive

Location: On the border of Flatbush and Prospect Lefferts Garden neighborhoods; 5 min walk from Prospect Park and B/Q trains, 15 mins from 2/5 trains, 1 minute from B41 bus

Roommate #1 (they/them): Has smaller room with whom you would share a bathroom; is medical/graduate student who studies a lot (but often out of the house) and works as a harm reduction/substance use counselor at an LGBT health center; 7/10 on cleanliness scale; sleep schedule is 1:30-9:30AM

Roommate #2 (he/him): Has larger room with private bathroom (pays more); physician who works at local hospital; has long-term partner who visits 1-2 times per month from out of state; 9/10 on cleanliness scale; sleep schedules is 10:30PM-5:30AM

Preferred quiet hours: 10:30PM-9:30AM (meaning no loud music or phone calls)

We both love to cook and occasionally have dinner parties (8-15 people), for which we give at least a couple week's notice
