Hi there! We are a family of three (two adults, one preschooler), relocating to the Capital Region this summer for 2 years, motivated by a visiting professorship I will begin at a college in the area (I'm a Ph.D. historian).

We are seeking a 1-2 year lease, ideally on a house with a yard, within a 45 minute radius of Albany/Schenectady.

We are especially interested in Kinderhook or Chatham, but are also keenly looking for something closer to the Albany orbit for ease of commute. Delmar, Troy, Niskayuna, Schenectady and surrounding... these are all areas of possible interest!

We are organized and tidy professionals, no pets.

Ideally we can find a 3 bedroom, but are open to 2 beds if the house is just right. We'd like to begin a lease on June 1 or June 15, but can be somewhat flexible.
