This is a unique subletting situation and I'm hoping there's someone out there who might be a good fit :)

I am looking to sublet my small bungalo style house for the spring of 2026 while I'm upstate doing a graduate program. Dates are flexible. I'll be living upstate Sunday-Thursday and returning to the house most weekends (dividing that wknd time between the house and my partner's place).

The front space would be your main living space/bedroom, it's 300 sq ft and is set up like a studio apt. with living space, kitchenette, & bed. However you'd be welcome to use the whole house; kitchen, backyard, and small office room. You would have the whole property to yourself week days and Friday night/Saturday morning of the weekend. Basically, I'll be at the house Thursday and Saturday nights.
