Hello!

We have a three-bedroom, two-full-bath home in the historic Catskill Village available to house swap for the Thanksgiving Holiday with listers who have a pet-friendly place in NYC that we can stay.

Our home is pet-friendly, walkable to Catskill’s Main Street with great shops and restaurants, and a quick 10-minute drive to Hudson.

The home can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Downstairs, there is a four-season enclosed porch with a daybed and record player, a front living room with a television, a full kitchen, a back den with a projector set up for movie nights, a full bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a full-sized bed, Peloton, weights, and yoga mats.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a television, and the other with a queen-size bed and a desk, and a full bathroom with a small bathtub.

Outside, we have a cedar hot tub available to enjoy! During the summer, we keep it cool as a pool, but we’re happy to heat it with advance notice.

Other information:
The whole house has hardwood floors, and the kitchen is equipped with a brand new range. During your stay, you're more than welcome to use our full pantry to make cooking easier!

There are four steps to get in the front or side doors, and a key code to access the house on the side. The home has heaters and AC in every room, as well as a Google Home speaker system. We also have laundry in the basement.

We own our home and have three dogs of our own (all hypoallergenic), so we're happy to host you and your pet. Ideally, we’d like to swap with a pet-friendly home close by for the weekend so we can bring our dogs, and we’ll find dog sitters if we can’t bring them along for the 50th birthday stay.

Georgina works for our local congressman and benefits from knowing all about our surrounding communities so can make great recommendations for excursions during your stay.
