This is a converted classroom in a country craftsman schoolhouse which has 4 renovated 750 Sq. ft classroom lofts, each with it's own private back entrance. This building is in a park setting, totally removed from any living soul with acres and acres to stroll and explore but is only a 12 minute stroll down the hill to all the delights of Warren St.
You will have access to this 700 sq.ft. classroom of the School House which has been converted into a studio loft space with a kitchen, bathroom , living space and king size bed. A washer & dryer is located in the basement.
There is only one step to get in the building, which is the threshold and pets are allowed (one time $150 pet fee for each)

The cemetery that surrounds this Craftsmen 4 room School House is located in the midst of one of the most gorgeous historic cemeteries in all of America, and a short 12 minute walk to the Town square. Tailored after the cemeteries in Europe, it was created as a park to entice visitors. Many Hudson River School Painters made this their final resting place as well as famous inventors and titans of Industry. It is verily like walking through a 3 D history lesson.
