I’m David. I’m looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom of my 2BR/2BA home in Highland Park, available December 1 (it might be available sooner).

The bedroom is private and has its own bathroom. The house was recently renovated — all new finishes, fixtures, and appliances. It has central AC and heat, in-unit washer/dryer, and a small garage for a bit of extra storage. The bedroom is unfurnished, but I’m open to furnishing it if needed.

The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and look just like the photos. I’m open to making space for some of your things too.

The street is quiet and friendly, with a strong sense of community. It's around the corner from Amara Kitchen and a 5 minute drive to all the shops and restaurants on York and Figueroa. 10 minute drive to Pasadena. Easy access to the 110 and the 134.

I’m kind, easygoing, tidy, and respectful. Home is a peaceful space for me—a place to recharge. I run a design company and usually work from my office, and I travel often. I stay active and spend a lot of time outdoors or with friends, so I’m out of the house quite a bit. When I’m home, I’m friendly but low‑key and tend to keep to myself. I always respect my roommate’s privacy and help maintain a calm, comfortable environment.
