Mitsubishi Heat and Air conditioning units in each room, wifi, washer/dryer, rear deck with a seating area and gas bbq, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with R/O water, office/guest room (which may be rented on occasion) and an upper, shared patio between the bedrooms. One parking space is available in the carport, otherwise, there is plenty of free street parking.

About the Neighborhood: Located in Highland Park on the borders of San Rafael and Eagle Rock, this beautiful, 2,000 sq. ft, two story home with gorgeous, natural light and a minimalist interior, is situated in a cul-de-sac on a hillside between Figueroa and Avenue 64, in close proximity to major bus lines and the 210, 134 and 110 freeways.

Amara Cafe and Little Flower are right around the corner, Belle’s, Four Cafe, Milk Farm, Amiga Amore, Kitchen Mouse and more! Groceries: CookBook, Sprouts and Trader Joe’s are in close proximity, along with local Farmer’s Markets during the week and on weekends, which include Highland Park, South Pasadena and La Canada.

I'm a happy-tempered female, considerate, laidback, clean, and quiet. When not working, I like to read/study, hike, practice yoga, spend time in nature and with friends.

2 cats currently reside in the home. One is mine (spayed female), she's very sweet and shy and spends most of her days sunbathing/sleeping in my room. 
The owner’s have an amazing (neutered male) very friendly cat Magnus, whom I will be caring for.
