Cozy bedroom and separate private office/studio space available for rent in a beautiful home located right in the heart of Silverlake. The space is perfect for someone who works from home or needs a creative studio space. Utilities are included in the rent, except for wifi & monthly house cleaner.

W/D on site. Gated off-street parking space included. Both the room & office/studio space are unfurnished. The house is largely furnished, but not opposed to some new furniture pieces.

The house is a 3bd + office and 2 bath. It is spacious with a huge kitchen, dining room, living room, and an upstairs nook. Two outdoor spaces with a front patio and back porch, and just a quick walk from sunset.

One of the roommates (Corey) has a cat named Ollie. He’s indoor/outdoor and is a real charmer. Not opposed to another animal, but would have do a check if it’s a good fit.

The room and office is available starting Nov 15th and ideally we are looking for someone to sign onto a one year lease. 1st month rent + deposit (one month rent) due upfront.


We keep a clean space and friendly home and are looking for someone who will do the same. We’re all good with having friends over and the occasional get-together, but we’re not looking for a party house vibe. Respectful of one another’s quiet time and privacy as much as possible!
