This building is unique by having porches on each floor, so there is a very spacious porch that is only used by this apartment! Building has washer/dryer in basement, and a shared garden in the back with firepit. Lovely neighbors.

I have obligations in Philly until February 6 but could vacate earlier if necessary. End date is flexible. Depending on my plans, this could turn into a lease takeover.
