I currently live alone in a furnished 1 bedroom apartment that I rent from a friend. I am looking to bring down my cost of living which is why I am moving. Seeking an apartment or room between $2k-$3300. I am flexible on my move in date but hoping to find something asap so I can give my friend at least a 60 day notice. I have excellent credit and own a property myself in New England so I understand what it is like to be a homeowner. I am looking for at least 6 months to a year lease. Thank you!
