I've only recently moved in so the space is freshly maintained and not overly crowded with my personal belongings. Minimally but comfortably furnished. *$1,500/ month includes gas & trash. Electric & wifi are separate. Laundry in building, modern wall heater, on demand hot water, dishwasher and gas stove. There is access to the backyard and unrestricted street parking. The apartment is centrally located in Uptown close to all shops and restaurants.
