- 6–8 min walk to Clinton–Washington C and Classon G

- Two living rooms (upstairs gets great light; downstairs has a desk/workspace)
- Full kitchen + downstairs pantry/kitchenette
- Mostly furnished common areas (bedroom unfurnished)
Optional amenities: $25/month for gym, rooftop/outdoor space, and lounges/game rooms in a sister building across the street.
The Room:
- Fits a queen bed + desk comfortably, with space for a bookcase/dresser
- Very sizable closet
- Room itself doesn’t get the strongest light, but upstairs living room is bright (Priced accordingly compared to other rooms in the apartment)
- Optional bedroom furniture available for sale
Roommates:
Three guys in their mid/late 20s–early 30s (engineering, law school admissions, writing/sketch comedy), plus one very chill cat. Friendly, respectful vibe — social when you want, independent when you don’t. Generally clean but also easy-going!
Neighborhood
Quiet street, excellent transit access, lots of nearby cafés, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. Walking distance to Fort Greene Park and Herbert Von King Park.
Logistics
- Utilities average $50–$100/month
- Move-in flexible, ideally Dec 29 – Jan 1
- Lease through July 31, with option to renew
- Official sublease through management (I’m covering the $500 sublease fee)
- Security deposit due at signing
- Requirements: good credit and $60k+ income or guarantor
- Responsive management; super lives in the building
