Hi! My name is Natalie and here is a bit of what I’m looking for in a space!

Seeking a 1-bedroom or large studio in the LA area -- open to both Westside and Eastside, but most important is the vibe of the space -- somewhere clean, with thoughtful touches (I love character or an updated space that feels thoughtful, clean, nice) where I can create a beautiful, inspiring oasis. Size isn't so important, other than needing some storage (aka a studio with NO storage or small closet wouldn't work for me).

I work from home, so my home environment is very meaningful to me. I always try to create a serene vibe wherever I go!

Pet-friendly is a must (for my 6 lb Pomeranian, Billie, 5.5yrs old).

Parking is important (Bonus: EV Charger would be amazing or the opportunity for me to set one up).

Dishwasher/W/D important.

Storage important (I love my things ha!)

Outdoor space or garden access would be amazing to enjoy my morning coffee — I love hummingbirds, butterflies, and the tending to the natural world. LA is so beautiful so would love a place that makes me actually feel like I'm in LA (ie: beautiful outdoor space, LA view, plants, etc).

Budget around ~$2300/month, move in Oct 31/Nov 1 (my current lease in Silverlake is up on 10/31).

I’m Natalie, originally from NYC/NJ, now based in LA. I work in brand partnerships, business development and creative strategy for a mens lifestyle ecommerce brand (been there for 5 years, so very settled in my career).

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, hiking, love dogs, motorcycles (I ride a vintage chopper!), art history/history and creative/spiritual practices.

Home is my sanctuary: I value keeping it clean, well-designed, and welcoming. My tiny dog Billie was very sadly adopted with a debark procedure (so she barely makes a sound as a result) and is fully trained and beyond, BEYOND sweet. Incredibly docile. I bring positive energy and deep respect to the spaces I live in, and I’m really excited to find a home that feels both grounding and inspiring. I also love having a trusting, respectful and helpful relationship with a landlord, so would be great to have that! I love to help out when I can, and love that same energy back. We're in this together to help each other out is always my vibe.
