Hi all! -- We're an International Tibetan family returning to NYC for 2 months for my one-month solo art exhibition in Chelsea and various cultural events.
Ideally, we're looking for a bright, furnished (studio or 1-2 bedroom) apartment with a kitchen, equipped with two beds or one bed plus a sofa bed or air mattress.
We’re also open to a clean, shared space with a private, lockable room.
We are non-smokers, very clean, quiet, and respectful. We typically don't wear shoes inside the house. We love animals and are happy to help care for your pets and water your plants.
Our preferred neighborhoods are Chelsea, West Village, Greenwich, Hell's Kitchen, UWS, and nearby areas, with easy access to the Chelsea gallery.
Our dates and budget are somewhat flexible depending on location and rental arrangements, but we aim to stay under $3,500 per month. We can provide excellent references, bank statements, and professional profiles upon request.
We're a laid-back family in our 40s and will be traveling with our 6-year-old daughter for this stay.
Ngawang is a Tibetan contemporary artist, and spends most of his time painting quietly.
Saldon is originally from NYC, has a mixed background, was raised in different countries, and manages the art business.
Our daughter is bright, creative, and friendly.
We love cooking, art, and enjoy visiting museums, art galleries, lovely cafes, and parks in NYC.
