Hi there! I am posting in hopes of finding something early. My partner and I are looking for a 2 bedroom or spacious 1 bedroom apartment starting in March or April 2026. We are flexible on location, but would prefer Upper West Side, Chelsea, West Village, Williamsburg, Park Slope, Cobble Hill, or nearby. Sunny windows, dishwasher, and/or outdoor space would be a huge plus. Budget is $5000 or less, but we may have flexibility for the right place.

We currently live in a studio in the West Village, but have outgrown our space. We are clean, quiet, and have stable income/good credit. We don't currently have any pets, but are hoping to get a cat in the near future.
