We are cousins and best friends looking for a long-term 2-3 bedroom apartment in BedStuy! We are in an unfortunate situation with a hostile landlord and a lot of mold, so we are trying to get out of our current place (also in BedStuy) as soon as possible.

We both have credit scores over 750 with guarantors who make well over 40x the rent. We are both employed (making collectively ~$100k) and have paid similar rent on time for years (and have letter of rec from a previous landlord to prove it!). We have a flexible move in date, but are looking for sometime between May 1-July 1 (May would be awesome!). And our budget is $2.9k with some flexibility for a 3bed.

We ultimately both need to have queen-sized bedrooms and a not-tiny common space--we're both artists & need space to live and to work (and we'd love a common space that has windows)! Would be sooo grateful for any and all leads in this chaotic journey that is apartment searching in nyc!!
