Hey everyone! I'm Sabrina, I'm 25, and I'm currently based in DC but am looking to spend the summer in NYC.

What I'm looking for:
- Mid-June through September (flexible on exact start and end date, just can't begin before July)
- Budget: up to $2,400/month, but would be great to sit under that!
- Studio, 1BR, or a room in a 2BR with a rommate! Would consider a 3BR with the right people
- Furnished or semi-furnished preferred but not a dealbreaker at all

Must-haves: laundry on-site (in-unit or in-building), AC and a closet

Neighborhoods I'm looking at: Greenpoint, Clinton Hill, Cobble Hill/Boerum Hill, North Williamsburg, Upper West and East Side, Chelsea, or similar vibes nearby. Would be open to other places in Brooklyn or Manhattan if it's the perfect space :)
