Room available in a quiet Park Slope apartment on the 4th floor of a walk-up building (8 units total). No upstairs neighbors, and the building is calm and respectful overall.
Location is a big plus: one block from Prospect Park and close to 7th Avenue’s shops, cafés, and restaurants. The neighborhood is residential, and very walkable.
You’d be sharing the apartment with one roommate (35F), a Pilates instructor and artist. She’s considerate, not loud, and keeps a peaceful home vibe—into ambient music, philosophy, and art/scientific glass. The apartment has one bathroom, shared.
The room is small but functional—best for someone who values a great location, a quiet home, and an easygoing living situation.
TV is mounted into wall and can swivel. Aside from major furniture, everything will be removed and you can decorate room to your liking.
Furnishing: FURNISHED (includes: [BED/DESK/DRESSER])
Laundry: [Washer in apt, lines to air dry]
Transit: [F/G/2/3]
