I am the owner of this unit and am waiting for my wife overseas to get her green card. We're looking to rent out our second bedroom in the meantime. Top floor of a charming townhouse in the heart of Carroll Gardens, right by the F/G trains and a short 15 min subway ride to Manhattan. Fellow artists and creatives welcome. I've been in the city for 10 years now and this is by far the best place I've lived in!
