Bedroom (9’ x 10.5’) fits a full-size bed, dresser, clothes rack, and desk. Rent for this room is $850, not including utilities. And there is a security deposit of $1087 (higher because of fewer OG tenants), which will be returned upon move-out. The bedroom will be clean and empty upon move-in but with a mattress and metal frame included.

Located on a residential block with easy access to trains and buses. To either side of our block, you can find pretty much everything you need: grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, delis, a public library, post office, gyms, banks, hospitals, etc.

5 min walk to the ferry (Brooklyn Navy Yard)
1 min walk to citi-bike station
15 min walk to the G Clinton-Washington train stop
20 min walk to B/Q Dekalb train stop
10 min bus ride to the F or A/C
