Hi! I'm going to be out of town for most of this school year! So, i'm renting my second bedroom. I'll be home on occasion, but most of the time you will have the apartment to yourself.

The apartment is very cute with two bedrooms, a living room, separate kitchen, and bathroom. An old Brooklyn building, its got two sinks in the kitchen! It is NOT renovated. Both the room and the apartment are furnished with the walls covered in books and art.

The neighborhood is fabulous with lots of restaurants, bars, clubs and stores to explore. Two subways (L and JMZ), Whole foods, the Apple Store, three movie theaters, and the riverside Domino Park are all within a ten minute walk. At the same time, it's the kind of neighborhood where you run into your neighbors on the street.

The place is on the first floor. The entire apartment is not more than 500 sq ft. Each bedroom is about 90 sq ft plus a closet.
