Looking to sublet my room for one month, starting Aug 1st- Aug 30th only.

This is a large room on the parlor floor of a brownstone in Bed-Stuy. Huge window overlooking the private backyard. I have a desk and a bed for you and a large closet. Loads of books as well if needed.

There are two full bathrooms and two living/dining rooms plus a eat in kitchen. We also have a private backyard and I keep my bike outside. 3 other people living with me, everyone is an artist and is hardly home.

Hardwood floors, natural light throughout the entire day and lots of plants. This is a quiet home, one roomie occasionally works from home downstairs. We keep everything super tidy and light.

The subway is a 9 min walk away, the A/C off Kingston-Throop. We are right around the corner from Frog and Saraghina on Putnam & Garvey. There's a library 2 min away plus a few groceries and bars. It's a super special home!
