My wife & I are retired designers (interior + graphic) in our 70’s, who travel to Mexico each winter and rent our carriage house apartment while we are away. This has been our home for many years and we have a very good relationship with the homeowners, so we require a responsible, mature individual or couple who will treat our home with respect.
