Astrotherapy Sessions is seeking a thoughtful, reliable, and creative Digital Content Assistant to help nurture our online presence, expand our reach through inspired, AI-supported workflows, and support client communications & scheduling.
If you love weaving creativity with structure and enjoy exploring how technology can enhance soulful work — this role may be aligned.
What you’ll help with:
-Scheduling and posting content for Instagram and Substack, engaging authentically with our community, and tracking performance insights
-Creating and maintaining a content calendar
-Formatting newsletters and doing light graphic or video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
-Supporting client communications and managing Acuity Scheduling
-Exploring and applying AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) to streamline creative workflows
-Using SEO best practices to help more people find our work organically
-Updating our Squarespace site so it continues to reflect our evolving voice and offerings
-Researching keywords and trends for meaningful content development
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
-Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
-Communicate clearly and enjoy co-creating ideas
-Have a natural interest in astrology, psychology, or holistic wellness
-Are curious about AI and open to learning
-Can coordinate tasks during Pacific Time hours

About Us
Astrology found me at a very young age and I've been in deep study for over 20 years. It has been a lifeline for mapping out my psyche and an invitation to explore it with fervor. I am self-taught, a student of the Faculty of Astrological Studies in London, and an avid reader and psychonaut of the transpersonal realms. I chose Astrotherapy as a descriptive title for my work as the outcome is one of self-knowledge that supports personal transformation and growth. The stars mirror insight and provoke a dialogue that can take us deeper into the psyche; it is here that one can see what has been hidden, analyze it, initiate understanding, and learn how to transmute inner conflict and challenge, inspiring real change.
