Subletting my bedroom in a spacious clean and lovely apartment!

We're set up in a third floor walk-up in Bed Stuy near the Ralph Ave C / Halsey J train, just a few blocks from Saratoga Park. It's a small building with just a few units. Our apartment is big and beautiful, with two living rooms, lots of windows, and two of the sweetest roommates I've ever lived with (both 29, queer, COVID conscious). The space is plant-covered, filled with books to read, lots of cozy seating, and has a spacious kitchen for cooking and hosting.

We're looking for someone clean, friendly, and COVID conscious to share our home and take over my room for all or part of January 1–February 28.

The room is $900/mo (+ utilities additional). We have a free washer in the basement and the dryer is $1 in quarters.

Dolly's bakery just down the street, and lots of train options nearby. A perfect place to get settled this winter.
