We're located in the East Village. Great neighborhood, everything is within walking distance, and you'll have lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars around, and you can walk easily to Chinatown and Soho.
The bus runs one block away, the 2nd Av F and M trains are two blocks away, and the #6 train is 10 10 minutes away.
Heat, water, electricity, basic TV channels + Netflix, and Wi-Fi Internet are included. Small deposit required.

We are looking for a quiet professional individual or a respectful couple who will take good care of our home during our summer travel to Europe.
