I live near cooper park in East Williamsburg with two roommates (both women, mid 20s). we are all very in and out and the three of us are never there at the same time. One of them is also going out of town mid August.

I have the biggest room in the apartment with my own bathroom. Full-sized bed. Really good light throughout the whole day. But also have the option to have blackout curtains. I have a big desk with a monitor if you wfh. I installed a new AC unit this summer.

Living space is decent sized.

Apartment is on the second floor of a three unit building. One unit per floor.
