The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms The house is an EcoNest designed by the architect Paula Baker-Laporte of EcoNest Architects, Ashland, Oregon and is constructed of all natural materials. The upstairs is a large loft with a live/work space that I occupy. Huge windows throughout the house look out to the Petaluma countryside. 12 minute drive to downtown Petaluma and 20 minute drive to the coast/beaches. Passive heating and cooling combined with an HRV system keep the house cool during summer and warm during winter. Washer and dryer and EV charging.

I am a 55 year old male creative with a background in art and design. I love to hike and take trips to nearby beaches and San Francisco. I live with chemical sensitivities and am looking for someone who is completely fragrance free. The house is kept clean and neat, but a little creative clutter is fine. I would be the only other occupant of the house and have a quite private space upstairs. I’m gluten and dairy free, but you don’t have to be. Love to watch films, listen to music and keep up with friends. Grew up in New York City and moved out to California for college and fell in love with the Bay Area. Have family close by who I visit often. Prefer a quiet night in with a good film to a night on the town these days, although I get out to see live music about every 3 months. Value good conversation and cooking a meal together.
