Compensation: $23 – $27 per hour (DOE)
What You’ll Do:
Customer Service Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers via phone and email to schedule, confirm, and adjust service appointments
• Act as a liaison between clients and field technicians to coordinate service effectively
• Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and route them appropriately
• Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all customer interactions
• Provide empathetic, resourceful support to resolve inquiries and service concerns
Data Entry & Administrative Responsibilities:
• Accurately input a variety of data (text, numerical, alphanumeric) into internal systems
• Maintain digital records, verify data integrity, and ensure consistency across databases
• Conduct regular data reviews and follow up on outstanding issues
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or incomplete data
• Generate reports and maintain organized filing systems
• Support ongoing data quality assurance efforts

What You Bring:
• Proven experience in data entry and customer service
• Fast, accurate typing skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions, including resolving challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• A knack for problem-solving and “detective work” when identifying data inconsistencies
• Able to maintain focus during extended periods of desk and computer work
