We’re looking for a short-term sublet from April through July. Ideally, a three-bedroom or a large two-bedroom with two bathrooms. In-unit laundry would be a big plus. Manhattan is preferred, but we’re open to Brooklyn for the right place, while being mindful of commute times to our children’s school. We’re open to furnished or partially furnished apartments and flexible on exact dates within that window.

We’re a family of two parents in our 40s with two boys (ages 1 and 4) and our live-in nanny. We work full-time in creative and professional fields and spend our weekdays balancing work, school, and family life. We love coming home to a comfortable place to relax and enjoy family time at the end of the day, and we’re meticulous about taking care of the spaces we live in.
