I just moved to LA to begin my Screenwriting MFA and am looking for temporary housing while I get my footing. Ideally through December, but I’m flexible on dates for the right fit.

A little about me: I really value homes that feel like havens—clean spaces, kind people, and walkable neighborhoods. I’m social/love people, but I’m ultimately hoping for a home that feels supportive of the focus I’ll need for school and writing.

I love animals! I’ve had dogs and have lived with cats for the past four years, so a pet-sitting situation would be wonderful.

My name is Yasmin, I’m a 24-year-old grad student.

I’m pursuing screenwriting, but I also curate for an online content-and-commerce store, so I also love going to estate sales, flea markets and other activities that support that job.

I value beauty and taste at a high level, which also means I am very clean and have lots of respect for the spaces I’m living in.

I’m looking for a place that's peaceful, respectful, and beautiful. I’m currently on a month-to-month sublet in an area in LA that isn’t exactly safe, so moving sooner rather than later would be ideal. That being said, I am flexible for the right place!
