No smoking in the house. Ideally you can move in and feel ~at home~ instead of like you're just moving into ~my space~, I want to avoid you feeling like that! Let's keep clear communication about any problems we're having.

I work from home occasionally. You would ideally be going outside of the apartment for work, but we could discuss.
