Hi there! My name is Zoe, I’m 34 (F), and lived in Harlem and Brooklyn for many years before moving to Maui about five years ago. I’m coming back to Brooklyn this Spring to be closer to friends, family, work, and some volunteering I miss dearly, and I’m looking for a furnished sublet to land.

Timing: I’m hoping for ideally an April 1-15ish - September 15ish, 2026 time frame (though let me know if you're in the ballpark and we can chat)!

Ideal neighborhoods: anywhere North, West, or within 15-20 minutes on the train or walking in any direction of Prospect Park in Brooklyn, though for a great set-up, I'm happy to be flexible.

Price range: Looking for something ~$2,500 or less for the month for solo living, or ~1,800 or less with roommates. (Again, little bit flex - if we're close, let's chat).

Roommates: Open to them! Ideal roommates are folks who are clean and happy to hang independently - but I'm definitely open to chatting about our days, sometimes cooking together or watching the new season of Great British Bakeoff.

The dream: In unit laundry! (Don't need, but wow would I love it). A stove/oven is more of a must-have (I love to bake cookies).

My situation: I work at a company based in Manhattan and I’d be commuting in most days (though will occasionally work from home). I like to be out and about (gym, work, meeting up with friends or seeing a show), and home tends to be more quiet for me. I do occasionally like to have a friend or two over for a quiet catch up/dinner, but am low key at home (and in general). I love to travel, I’m a scuba instructor in my free time (not as applicable in NYC 🫠), and I do a lot of volunteer work around the City. I’m drug free, don’t drink more than a glass or two of wine (or mezcal!) at a time, very clean, and am subletting my own home on Maui - so I understand the desire to have kind, respectful people in your space :)
