Hi everyone, I am looking for a room to rent in Prospect Heights around Feb 1, but I have some flexibility with this date.
I am currently subletting a room in the area and love living here so much I want to make it a long-term move.
I do not drink or smoke and would like to live with people who do not bring the party home. It is very important to me to cultivate a peaceful sanctuary I can come home to everyday after the chaos of New York City.
I like being friendly with my roommates and having the occasional family meal, but I tend to be pretty busy and am often out and about living life in the big city.
I am also into yoga, rock climbing, running, reading, making art, and keeping my plants alive.
My ideal living situation would be with 1 other woman in a cute, cozy, naturally lit space. My budget is flexible but maxes out at about $1450.
I do not have a boyfriend or any pets, but may have the occasional friend over for a coffee.

I am a fully employed, clean, quiet, and responsible roommate. I work as a photographer and marketing professional and travel often for work and fun, sometimes for 3-4 weeks at a time. I work remote about half the week, but this varies based on quiet a few factors.
I am originally from New Jersey and spent the last 5 years living in Las Vegas where I worked as a food photographer. I moved back to New York in August and have been bouncing around while I look to get more settled.
