-Fourth Floor bedroom: Available end of January through early June (flexible start and end date)

-Private half bathroom with shared access to shower/clawfoot tub on 3rd floor and access to walk-in shower on ground floor.
-Furnished with California king bed, couch, desk, dresser, smart TV, kitchenette (mini fridge, kettle, microwave), walk-in closet

Full brownstone with access to all 4 levels. Ground level living area, 2 kitchens, 2nd floor living room + dining area, roof access, backyard with fire pit, washer & dryer, guest room for visitors, shared clawfoot bathtub with heated floors.

We are looking for:
Mindful subletters who enjoy communal living as much as we do! Someone who is independent in their ways and thoughtful in community environments. Someone who is a good communicator who can manage interpersonal dynamics. Someone who is solution oriented and a proactive cleaner. At this moment, we are look for 1 roommate only, no pets.

Accessibility:
This is a four-story brownstone, so there are a lot of stairs. The bedroom is on the fourth floor, as is the washer/dryer.

Pico:
Our cat pico is an independent but cuddly king. We don't have a litter box, he is an indoor/outdoor cat and will request to be let outside and inside to eat. He will feel out your energy however, enjoys time to himself. Those allergic to cats have not had issues with Pico.

Sweet Potato:
We also have a 12 year old beagle named Sweet Potato. Super sweet and sleepy.

There are occasional movie nights & collabs on dinners.
Nothing is mandatory except for washing your dishes & leaving common areas tidy.

About This Lister

We are 6 creatively driven freelancers in our 30s + our kitty Pico and beagle Sweet Potato. A few of us work from home and a few work away from the house full time. Though we all live very independent lifestyles and run in different circles outside the home, we all genuinely enjoy each others company and love sharing laughs together during our morning coffee or over a bottle of wine. We are all very expressive, communicative & mindful for the well-being of each other.
