August Sage and Violet is looking for reliable, creative and hard working freelance floral designers for the Fall 2025 wedding and event season to assist with prep, design, on site production, installations, styling work and inventory.
Each season, we have a number of events which require additional design hands. Freelancers will work in studio and on-site on a number of design and design related projects. There are about three scheduled projects a month that require freelancers. As a black owned business, we are looking for freelancers who work and communicate well in a diverse work environment .
Those interested should be:
- available to work full physically active shifts which are usually 6-12 hours including occasional breakdown shifts.
- available to start immediately
-experienced in floral design especially floral event design including installations, both small and large scale, arrangements and bouquets.
