Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Speaker Fabricator & Assembler to join our team. This role involves hands-on assembly, finishing, quality control, and packaging of our speakers. You’ll work closely with our design and production teams to ensure every unit meets our high standards for sound and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
• Assemble speaker components including drivers, enclosures, crossovers, and hardware
• Perform wiring, soldering, and basic electrical connections
• Inspect and test finished products for quality and performance
• Prepare and package speakers for safe shipping and delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
• Collaborate with team on improving assembly processes and efficiency

Qualifications
• Experience with fabrication, assembly, or woodworking (audio or furniture a plus)
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and workshop practices
• Basic understanding of electronics/soldering preferred
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift and handle large/heavy products carefully
• Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and in a small team
