Winter Pie Shop and Down the Chimney are hiring a Season Manager for the 2025 holiday season!
We’re looking for someone to oversee our operations at NYC’s bustling holiday markets (October–January). This role begins part-time in early October (pre-season setup and training), and transitions into full-time from October 24th through January 4th.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee both back end (orders, inventory, payroll) and front end (service flow, shift scheduling) operations at our market locations.
- Check in on booths throughout the day to support staff and maintain quality standards.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to the team.
- Support and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure smooth daily operations while keeping quality and customer experience top-notch.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food service and team leadership (required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Someone who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment and enjoys being hands-on.
