Located in Crown Heights on a residential block with easy access to trains and buses. Nearby are grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, delis, a public library down the street, post office, gyms, banks, hospitals, etc. The AC takes you to trader joes in about 30 minutes at the Jay St. stop.

Looking for a kind, communicative, clean, self-aware, and respectful housemate who is conscious of space/noise and wants to take good care of this pretty place :) We enjoy a calm, uncluttered home and value a clean-as-you-go approach within the kitchen and common spaces.

Just a note—most of the instruments and things in the photos will be cleared out when you come! The plants might stay... if you're open to taking care of some plants. But fine either way. Also, ideally looking for someone who can stay the entire period, but open to renting out the room for a shorter stint.

You would be living with R and P:
R (she/her), is 30yo law student, currently working an internship at an immigration law firm in the city. R likes to go on walks and read, and keeps pretty busy with her work. P (he/him) is a comparative literature PhD student. He likes to go on runs and bike around the city, enjoys a quiet morning making coffee, getting the day started. P also likes to cook and make focaccia when the mood strikes.
