• Must be okay living with a cat and caring for plants if needed.
5. No Smoking / No Drugs
• Smoking (including weed) not allowed in the apartment.
6. Short Interview / Intro
• Quick Zoom or phone call to get a sense of compatibility.
8. Sublet Agreement
• Sign a short rental agreement covering dates, rent, and expectations.
9. No couples. Ideal for a student or teacher spending fall term in NYC.
