I am renting out a furnished room in my bright two bedroom one bathroom apt that I just finished updating. The apt is on the 4th floor in a beautiful pre-war elevator building with a lot of personality.

The room is available starting April 15 (dates flexible), on a month to month basis, with a minimum of 3 months. All utilities are included.

The apt is located on a treelined block on Clinton Avenue, with the C train just 1 min away. You will see trees right outside the bedroom and living room window, it's like a little tree house most part of the year.

The room dimensions are approximately 10' x 11' with 9'+ ceilings. There is also a wardrobe right outside of the bedroom with two rods and shelving.

The room comes with a full sized bed - other than that it can be flexible. The room can come with a desk as seen in the picture, it could come with a lounge chair, a clothing solution, whatever would make most sense to you and how you live your life. But it will be furnished, so you don’t have to bring any furniture.

For the warm months there is a AC unit and/or fan.

The kitchen has two built in 24" fridges with freezer, so you will have your very own.

I am looking for someone who is also a minimalist and who wont be bringing items meant for the common areas as the apartment will is fully furnished, (I am waiting for a new sofa, carpet and lounge chair for the living room). The kitchen is also fully equipped, most everything you bring will have to fit in your room.

These pictures are from a while back so there is some more furniture and things out, these pictures are a little too minimalistic, even for me :).

The bathroom has a full size tub, a little window, a vanity and toilet. There is also a pretty big bathroom closet for us both to use.

There is laundry in the basement and an outdoor bike storage.
