My name is Gloria (she/her) and I am an older adult living in a large, historic home. I am a lifelong educator, still working part-time. Among my many interests are jazz, literature, and all things food.

I value interpersonal connections with my tenants and enjoy chatting on a regular basis as people are exiting or entering the house. I have a number of former tenants I consider friends and with whom I remain in contact. This is a room in a home, as opposed to a typical NYC apartment share.
