We have a lovely furnished room available in our cozy 4-bedroom, 4-bath duplex apartment until the end of March. My partner and I have enjoyed living here for several years, and we also rent out two other bedrooms short-term (legally) to wonderful guests from around the world, giving our home a vibrant and multicultural feel!

The rental includes all utilities and shared space cleaning; however, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the common areas.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor, while the room itself is a one-flight walk up. Plus, we’re excited to share that the building features a nice shared backyard that we love to take care of—I'm an avid gardener! 🌿

We are located on Hart Street and Stuyvesant Ave, a 4 min walk to the J, M, Z station Myrtle Broadway.
