The room is furnished, has a closet, 2 north-facing windows, and there's another huge closet by the entryway available for the person who takes this room. The apartment has a shared living room, a kitchen with a full size fridge, electric stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher; and a full size bathroom with shower tub.

Rent is approximately $2750/month (utilities and wifi are included). Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

The building has elevators, a 24/7 doorman, and laundry rooms on multiple floors. It’s also close to a variety of transportation options including multiple subway stations: 5-minute walk to 2/3, J/Z; 8-minute walk to 4/5 and A/C, 10 minute walk to 1, R/W; local and express buses across the street/down the block, and a 5-minute walk to Pier 11 for the NYC ferry.

You'll be living with me as your roommate. I work full-time as an RN, so I’m out of the apartment 3-4 days a week. On my days off when I'm not resting, I try to take group fitness classes and love watching theatre shows/attending concerts. I’m open to being friends with whoever I live with, but we can just stick to being courteous roommates as well if that’s what you prefer.
